Where to reach her
Use the HitCorp site, or a private Discord message if your Discord account is linked on the roster.
The website
The public page is for public questions. She stays on public facts there.
The assistant page is for people with a login. It is one place to ask her. She answers there within what you are authorised to use.
If you are not logged in, that page tells you to log in, or to link with roster auth.
Discord
Send her a private message from a Discord account that is already on the HitCorp roster.
The owner gets owner chat. Linked staff get staff chat. An unlinked account gets a short reply: she does not recognise that Discord account on the roster yet. She does not stay silent.
An ordinary server channel is not that private conversation. She does not hold a normal chat there.
