Notes and memory
A note or a reminder is something she stored for you because you asked, and she said it was saved. Looking something up is different. She reads what is already on record. A lookup does not create a new note.
Something she saved for you
A personal note stays with the person who wrote it, unless it was shared to named people. A reminder is the prompt she set from your words.
For the owner, “remember” proposes a personal memory. It is not kept until you confirm on the website or in private Discord. It counts only when she says it is saved.
For staff, “remember” proposes a personal note. It is saved after you confirm. It is not the owner’s personal memory.
Something she looked up
To find something you asked her to save, ask in plain words—for example, start with “recall” and the subject. That reads your notes and open reminders; it does not write.
On Discord, a message that starts with /recall or recall: searches HitCorp’s official reference documentation instead. That is also read-only. If the answer is not in that record, she says so. The answer is not a new note unless you asked her to save one and she said it was saved.
The band board
The band board is a separate public page: hitcorp-intl.com/band. Anyone with the link may set a nickname and post. Those posts are not your private notes, and they are not a memo she saved for you.
