Everyday questions stay on HitCorp’s own systems. They do not bill a cloud service.
What she will say
She states what the record supports. If she does not know, she says so. She does not invent a fact to keep the conversation going.
An admitted gap is how that gap gets filled. Usually she asks one precise question, or she offers to record what you confirm.
What she will not do
- She will not invent a fact about HitCorp.
- She will not pretend a note, a reminder, or a memory was saved. It counts when she says it is saved.
- She assists and routes. She does not replace human command, HR, or legal determinations. People keep that authority.
