Pocket and portal
The portal (/eris) is the website tier: public communicator, Assistant, group ops, and privacy record. Pocket is the owner Interaction UI for phone-first assist, voice, and elevated host actions—it is not linked from public ERIS pages.
Portal Assistant
Logged-in users open Assistant for tier-appropriate chat, tools, and the notice hub (when inbox is enabled). Guests use the public communicator on the ERIS home page with narrower tools.
Website chat defaults to local quick models; deep tiers follow product rules and compute capacity. The site proxy never exposes Pocket routes.
Pocket entry
Owners open Pocket from the ERIS tray on the operator PC, or from a bookmark they already have. It is not in this manual’s navigation, and the public ERIS pages do not link to it.
Sign-in uses HitCorp portal sign-in. Pocket redirects to portal login and returns with a short-lived code exchanged for an HttpOnly session cookie. Only an owner account succeeds. Any other account is refused.
Voice and confirmations
Pocket supports tap-to-talk with review before send and optional Piper voice for replies. Mutating actions (reminders, file staging, host operations) require explicit confirm in UI or by voice keyword, per interaction UI design.
Band board (related public surface)
The BUNP band board is a separate public page at /band on the main site, not under /eris. It uses nickname sessions and append-only posts. It is not Pocket and not staff group ops.
