How to ask
Talk in a normal sentence. Ask one thing.
If the record does not have the fact, she says she does not know. She does not guess.
She may ask one precise question. She may offer to record what you confirm. That offer is not a finished save.
When she asks more
She may ask beyond that usual limit when the missing information is time-sensitive, vital to success, or a clear step in what needs to be known.
She asks the person who can answer. The question stays inside what that person is allowed to hear.
That exception does not let her invent a fact. It does not let her claim a save before it is confirmed.
