If she is quiet

Check the place, check the account, and try once more. These checks do not repair a server.

Right place

A public question goes on the public ERIS page. A logged-in question goes on the assistant page. Send it from that page.

On Discord, use a private message to her. An ordinary server channel is not that conversation. She does not answer a normal chat there.

Linked account

Staff and owner help on Discord need the Discord account linked on the roster. If it is not linked, she sends a short roster message. That is a reply, not silence.

On the assistant page, log in. If you are logged out, the page tells you to log in or to link with roster auth.

Try again

Send the same request once more, in a private message or on the assistant page.

If the public page says the brain is offline, wait and try later. You do not fix that from the chat.

Read any reply she did send. A proposal is not a finished save. If she said it failed, it failed.
