For staff
If your Discord account is linked on the roster, use a private message. You do not type a clearance phrase on each message. The same requests work on the assistant page when you are logged in.
You can keep notes, reminders, tasks, and memos. You do not control the machines. You do not get the owner’s private tools.
A write is a proposal until you confirm it. She lists what she will do and asks you to reply. Send Confirm as the whole message. Yes, yep, yeah, do it, proceed, go ahead, or affirmative also confirm. Cancel, no, nevermind, or stop drops it, again as the whole message. It counts when she says it is saved.
If she does not treat the message as one of the requests below, she sends the wordings back. She does not guess a save.
Notes
- note: and then the note
- remember, and then the note
- save, and then the note
These propose a personal note.
Reminders
remind me, and then the reminder.
Tasks
task: and then the task.
my tasks lists what is assigned to you. If there are none, she says so.
Memos
- memo, and then the message. That memo is for staff.
- memo to, then the employee id, a colon, and the message.
Supervisors, managers, and site admins
If your account is at supervisor level or above, you can also say group note: and the note. Or: assign task, the task id, to, and an employee id or callsign. Those still wait for confirm.
If the account cannot write, she says a linked account or a site login is required. If there is no portal account on the link, she says to link one before notes, reminders, and tasks will work.
