SURFACES

Standard Interface — Public website communicator. Guests may ask public questions and submit contact. Identify with name and a self-stated clearance color (not verified; does not grant staff access) to use Assist, Assess, Fact-check, and Search. Signed-in members get personal notes. Clients (white) get personal notes plus project notes such as BUNP. HCI staff get group operations and org notes (green–red). This surface never reaches Cursor, PC files, or owner Pocket.

Group Ops — Staff coordination desk (incidents, tasks, duty). Login required. Not Pocket.

Pocket — Owner-only Interaction UI (Cursor, files, host ops). Opened from the ERIS tray or /api/interaction/ui directly. It is not linked from this website.

Discord — Staff commands for incidents, tasks, duty, memos, news propose/approve; DMs are personal executive.

Second Life radio — GridNet / Corrade / LSL: on-duty status, radio check, claim and complete tasks; alerts may voice and open IC work.

Public forms — Apply and Service request enter verified intake — chat does not invent tickets.

Log in to unlock staff surfaces. Executives publish HCI news from News admin or Discord /news.
